Hi
I recently signed up to a broadband package with Virgin over a week ago. I have activated the broadband, but I have not yet received a welcome email or account number, which means I am unable to access the My Virgin Media app or edit my account.
Could someone please look into this?

You would have to wait for a mid or call customer service the email may be i Forrest on the system it will be a quick fix but you would have to to do one of the above

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to see you haven't received a welcome Email so are unable to set up an Online Account and any apps associated.
The welcome Email can sometimes go into Junk, have you checked all Email folders?
