No verirication email

Like many other posts on this form, I have been unable to recieve a verification email to finish setting up my mobile account. I even called support, who said they raised a ticket for me and that I would recieve an email with details, but that didn't come through either. My device has been connected for days, and I have attempted to re-send the verification email many times with no success,.

Sorry to hear of the verification email issue and that you're unable to register for an online account with us due to this, we'd love to assist in the best way we can.

Can you please first confirm if this in regard to a mobile account or cable so we can help from there?
