No username conformation email

hello. I’ve been having some trouble setting up an account on the Virgin media app and after a phone call this morning I thought it was resolved. (Was having problems with using an old email of a closed account and the DEF01 error which I think we got resolved)
 
But trying to login now with the amended information and it keeps giving me this error message:

You haven't confirmed this username yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Confirm your My Virgin Media username' and click the link in the email.
 
i have no email in junk, deleted or my current inbox, and nowhere to request another email and do not know what to do.
 
this has been a huge pain!
