No access to account settings

Trying to look at my account settings either through the app or the website (the app sends you to the website anyway) and I always get the same error message below. Tried different browsers, devices and incognito mode and always get the same message. This seems to be a consistent problem with virgin, reading through the forums I don’t see an obvious fix.

No Joy I am afraid. I spoke to customer support and they helpfully said the system will be down until Monday, will have to wait and see if that’s true.

My apologies mjr001, your reply had not loaded correctly on my system. 

 

Thank you for trying the link. Can you please try it via a different browser as I have just tested it via Chrome and it appears to be working.
