No Verification email received

I’m still unable to log in on the app or my online account as I haven’t received a verification email. How do I go about getting a new one sent?

Hi All 👋 Just returning to this public thread to keep it updated. 

I picked up this PM thread with Kathie74 whilst my colleague Nathan was away from the office. 

We were able to get the verification email re-sent and they have now confirmed being able to log into My VM successfully!
