No Verification Email

I've been trying to login to the Virgin Media app but have forgotten my password and cannot reset as the email has never been verified but I am unable to find the verification email.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your verification email, have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folders to see if the email has landed here? Please do be sure to provide us with an update so we can investigate further if needs be.
