Whenever I got to set up a My Virgin Account no verification emails come through and by the time they do around 2 days later they are expired and I have to create a new one and the cycle continues. Because of this I tried to set up a new account to no avail as it says the email is in use and to sign in but when I go to sign in it says no email was found.
