No Verification Email Received

As per the title, I have not received a verification email for the MyVirginMedia account.

I've looked into spam/trash folders, differents browsers and so on.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with setting up your Online account.
Id like to take a look into this for you and get you set up.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
