hello i recently signed up for virgin media, and have been sent an email asking me to register for a "My Virgin Media account" but when i click the link and enter my email, the webpage says 

"Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)

i du different browsers and devices.

I am also experiencing the same problem. When I try to register the same message comes up. Any help greatly appreciated!!
