Got new mobile for Xmas have tried logging into my virgin media app to view my bills etc and can't get past login page it dosent recognise my email address or any other details, however I can still look g in from my old phone no bother. I need to be able to login toy account on my new phone not my old one .have uninstalled and reinstalled the virgin app but nothing works

Sorry to hear about your difficulties getting into the mobile app! 

If you can please try logging in via this link 👉 Log into your Virgin Mobile account | Virgin Mobile (virginmedia.com) and let us know if the problem persists?

It is a slightly different login area to My Virgin Media, which can be found here 👉 virg.in/myVM
