New customer cannot register for My Virgin Media

hello i recently signed up for virgin media, and have been sent an email asking me to register for a "My Virgin Media account" but when i click the link and enter my email, the webpage says 

"Oops, we've ran into a problem. Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)"

It has been doing this to me for over a week, on different browsers and devices.

Hello,

We are getting broadband and the installation date is tomorrow 18/05/22. But it says I need to log in to be able to track the delivery. I need to track this as I need to make sure someone is at the address to receive the package. It is then the self installation.

i have tried logging in to set a password through multiple devices and none work.
