New customer account number

I am trying to register my online account but is it saying my account number is not recognised. I have been going round in circles with this, I have called up several times and getting nowhere. 
All I want it to be able to access my online account!

Please can you try registering your online media account here. Ensure there are no gaps at the beginning or end of your entered account number is you are copy and pasting the details into the box. Let me know if you have any further issues and we'll investigate further.
