I was with virgin media until some point in the middle of last year and have recently rejoined with a new router!
Im not having issues however as my virgin media app is still logged into the account with the number that related to my previous contract and service and can’t seem to find my new one.
I just want to know how to fix this as I can’t access anything to do with my new broadband like parental locks for my daughter or anything else

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Not a worry - when you move house it's a new account. The same goes if you leave and rejoin. The process of transferring the details from one to the other is called a Move and Transfer.
