New account number

Hello,

I recently started an account in my new house but cancelled due to my landlord having set up broadband already. However, he has since cancelled and so I went to set up an account again. I have been given a new account number but I cannot create an account for it or change my old account to have a new account number. I cannot attach a new email at all.

Do you know if you setup an online account for the previous account that you cancelled?

Yes I set up an online account for the previous account I cancelled.

I don't get an error message,

When trying to sign up for a new online account, I'm forced to log into my old account (this is after it asks for my last name, account number and area code) with the message "We've found you!". I understand I have an old online account at this address and in my name but I need to make a new online account to manage my new account.
