Hi!
I recently got Virgin Media broadband at my place and I have been trying to set up my account for the past 2 weeks. I am repeatedly getting DF-01/ "This password cannot be registered" errors. I have tried different browsers, laptops, internet connections, and clearing my cookies but to no avail. Can someone suggest how I can resolve this?
