Need to change broadband account email address

I am trying to change my broadband account email address, and everytime I want to change. It says: "You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes" .

I only received a verification email the first time I tried to change the email address. However, when I click the link, it says the link is expired. When I tried to resend the reset link again, it always says the link is expired even though I just recieved in 30 sec. I tried for 6 or 7 times, and it always says it is expired, which it is ridiculous.

Can someone help me solve this issue? I want to want to change the email address......
