Need help with a bill thats showing wrong

So if anyone can help would be appreciated so i had a bill of £316 or around that number that was a error it was actually £52 so i paid that but its saying i ow whats left of £316 but the messages that i got was telling me all i had to pay was £52 but it wont go off my app if anyone from virgin can check this for me and see what it shows on my account because i dont want to be late charged for something thats incorrect  there is 2 images one for when i not paid it and one for when i have

Welcome back to our Community; I was sorry about any confusion caused with your bill and what is showing on your online app.

 

The app will only update when the next bill is produced - it's not live I'm afraid.
