Need account changed on my virgin and virgin connect app

Hi connected to virgin on Saturday 1april however when I log onto the virgin media app or the virgin connect app an old account number is being connected. How do I change it too my new account number

We will be able to merge your old and new accounts together for you, so you can continue to sign in using your existing credentials, but view your new account details 😊
