I was a old customer and come back to virgin - trying to get back into Myvirginmedia and it says I’m disconnected but I’ve just taken out a new contract - so I’ve tried a new email but keeps telling me I’m already signed up. Help please

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry that your experiencing issues when trying to register for an online account.
You advised you have already tried to register with an alternative email address and that it advises you already have an account set up.
Have you tried the forgotten password link and tried to reset this to access your online account?
Alternatively, you can delete all cookies, caches and history and try a different web browser and device to register. This sometimes resolves any issues.
