Hello
I have recently purchased Virgin Media Broadband and TV but attempts to log in to my account give me the account of my ex which is closed and not my account. When signing out online and signing back in with the new account number when directed to the app it still takes me to the wrong account.
How do we fix this?

Might be a good idea sending a generic solution instead of a DM, this is a problem and has been since one of your muppets decided to alter the website, was no problem until then

Unfortunately, the My Virgin Media website is currently down at the moment and we're working to get it back up as soon as possible.
How long have you been experiencing this for? Also, have you tried calling the telephone number provided?

It is constant, been like it for months.
I have two accounts and cant manage them online anymore since the changes to the site.
