Hello!
I've been trying to sign in to the virgin media app (mobile specifically) for a few months to no success.
I have it connected to my mobile account via the WiFi off method and the sim card. However I want to see my other account information on there as signing in on the website doesn't seem to give me any information of my active contract etc.
But if I hit signin, pop in my details on clicking to then sign in the app will crash to my home screen.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling too. I'm using a Samsung A71 on android 11 with the latest version as of March 6th (A715FXXU8BVA2)
Is anyone able to shine any light on this as I'd love to be able to amend my direct debit bank account it references and you know be able to actually access my account 😊
