My virgin app login issue

Hi.

Set up a my virgin media account a couple weeks ago before the arrival of my router. Recieved emails confirming setting changes but no confirm your username email. Phoned in and they said I would get it after I plugged the router in but still nothing. Asked for it to be resent but not received anything. Still able to receive emails about my bills though. Anyone else had a similar issue trying to get into the my virgin media app?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the self-care account

 

Just to be sure, can you tell me if you've ever actually been able to log into the account?

 

Have you attempted to change the memorable word for the self-care account?
