My account says I’m a secondary user when I’m the the main account user, any way round this? Thanks

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried this I don’t know how many times and there’s 2 emails my old one and my new one and they both say I’m a secondary user
You will need to wait for the Forum Team to investigate this for you. Current response times from the staff are around a week.

I have raised the IT ticket under the reference P010193007 they will look to get this resolved within the next 7 - 10 business days.
I will keep an eye on the ticket and provide you any updates as and when.
