My account not listed on my ‘my virgin media’

I just signed up to broadband with Virgin but when we signed up, the operator put the wrong flat number in our details. Upon noticing this I called, and they couldn’t change the address but had to cancel my contract and set up a new one. They did this but now my virgin media account says I have no account and if I try to set up a new one it won’t let me because the email address is already in use! Help!

Can we please confirm if you've managed to get this resolved since your post? 

 

If not, I'll pop you over a private message if you can answer the security questions in this I can then raise an IT ticket for the team to reset the My Virgin Media information.
