Hi @PhilipF, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of our concerns raised.
I'll pass your feedback onto the web development team, but you still should be able to see your contract details through My Virgin Media?
This should be viewable through the homepage once you've signed in, and you can see the amount of your latest bill. Just on the window pane where it says this, you should see an option to "view contract" and clicking this should get you the help you need.
