I have new Virgin services and attempted to set up the ‘My VirginMedia’ app. I had an initial verification email which has shown as ‘expired’ when pressed. I have since prompted for the re-sending of the verify email many times but to no avail. I have checked junk/spam and nothin present there……..can you assist?
