My Virgin media contains old details

I was a Virgin Customer a few years back and left and have recently come back - same house, same email etc If i try and sign into Virgin Media Connect app it says my account is inactive or closed and If i select items such as 'Contract' within My Virgin Media log in it show my old contract - its like there is a mix of old and new items linked to my account. I have tried multiple times to get hold of someone from Virgin to discuss but going round in circles and cant actually speak to anyone. Can anyone on here help? Many thanks

It sounds as though your email address is attached to your former account.  We'd need to arrange to transfer the username to your new account.  I would love to help you arrange this.  I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
