A few months ago I had everything transferred into my name following the death of my father.
I had an email recently telling me I could log into My Virgin Media to see usage stats etc, but although the email came to my own email address (so this is clearly now the address linked to the account), when using the link in the email to go to My Virgin Media and sign in to / register for My Virgin Media, it's telling me it's already set up but shows my dad's email address.
How can I get this changed?

It seems as if the app is still logged with the previous account.
