Seem to be having a similar issue to other people. I've recently moved, but I'm unable to register my new account number for My Virgin Media.
Every time I get to the end of the process I just get a rather unhelpful "sorry!" message. Although it's clearly doing *something* because I keep getting the "Confirmation of your Virgin Media Web Safe settings" email each time.
I've tried a few different email addresses, combinations of options, etc with no luck.
Still able to sign into my old account, but that's not terribly helpful now!
