My Virgin Media registration broken

Seem to be having a similar issue to other people. I've recently moved, but I'm unable to register my new account number for My Virgin Media.

Every time I get to the end of the process I just get a rather unhelpful "sorry!" message. Although it's clearly doing *something* because I keep getting the "Confirmation of your Virgin Media Web Safe settings" email each time.

I've tried a few different email addresses, combinations of options, etc with no luck.

Still able to sign into my old account, but that's not terribly helpful now!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues registering your new account online. 

I'll need to take a closer look at your account so I can get this sorted out for you and I have sent you a private message. 

 

You can access your private messages by clicking on the purple envelope which is located at the top right hand side of your screen.
