My Virgin Media app

Hello, The app says it’s still setting things up. My broadband was installed Thursday so surely it would have been set up by now? I can only access limited info. Is there a problem do you think or is it usually this slow?

Hi I’m all connected. It’s when I log into the app. It’s like nothing’s happened yet. I’m connected to the internet but the app is still waiting to be notified although it shows my name and account number.
