My Virgin Media DEF01

Good Morning

Similar to many others on here I am unable to log on to My Virgin Media. Every time I try to log on it asks me to complete my profile, which I do and then it comes up with a problem, code DEF01.

I've contacted Virgin seven times now (via phone and WhatsApp) and they seem unwilling or unable to resolve this. I was told yesterday morning that it would definitely be resolved within 24 hours. Needless to say it hasn't been.

Any suggestions or advice greatly received.
