Hello,
I am unable to create a My Virgin Media account but need to obtain a copy of my bill. I either get an error message saying information is incorrect (even though it is not) or an error saying I can’t use the chosen password (I have chosen multiple different ones which meet the criteria but nothing works).
I have tried using the app and multiple different browsers. I have also tried deleting my cookies and cache but that hasn’t helped either.
Please advise.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having creating your online account with us, thanks for letting us know, what you have tried to use to create your online account.
