I keep getting this, despite using the correct details (auto saves for all apps) have cleared the cache and data, but makes no difference. Thanks
I'm so sorry to hear that this has happened and thank you for your post! Can I ask if you have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at all? Also are you able to log in at all online here or do you get the same message?

Has now sorted itself out 😄 had an outage yesterday so may have been the reason.
