Like some others on this board, I have tried to log in to My VM on both PC and mobile via the app. I have attempted different browsers, incognito mode and clearing the cache. I am completely unable to access my My VM account and haven't been able to for the last couple of months
When encountering other threads like this one, it appears to usually be solved behind closed doors
