Moved home: wrong account info

Hi,

I have moved home to a new area and had to get a new hub etc. When I log into the browser/app it shows my old account which is disconnected. I'd like to be able to see my new account info. Any ideas anyone?

Hey alex2511, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to see you are having some issues with the new the account.

If you have just moved house you will need to create a new account using your new details.

If you did want to use the same email we would need to raise an IT ticket for you.
