Moved home, new account not linked to app

Just joined

I have recently moved home and got a new account number at the new address.

I cannot access my new my virgin media account as my email is linked to the old account number.

How do I fix this, without changing my email?

I have seen that this is common issues, and surely there should be a fix for it by now?
