Moved home but old account number in app

Hello.

I recently moved homes but I have kept the same contract. However, I have been given a new account number. I am unable to see the new account in the app as the old account number is still showing on my account, so I am unable to see the information that is associated with my email address.

Is it possible to do a 'Move and Transfer' between my old account and my new account?
