I got this broadband more than two months now, i have not been debitedm i dont have an axxount number, all my efforts to reach the company via mails and calls were not successful, please advise me, no welcome package was received i would have registered by mysel

I'm sorry to hear you're waiting on certain information about your account. You will have definitely been billed if your services have been installed and active for over a month. Have you checked your emails for any bills? They may have landed in your spam/junk folder.
