Hi Team, I have just signed up to broadband and cannot create an my virgin media account.
Each time I try, I get an error message thus
Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with registering for a My VM account.
This can sometimes happen if you've only just signed up for services with us as it can take a few days for systems to link up. If after 48 hours you are still having the issue, pop back and let us know so we can help you further.

Thank you for the kind welcome Kath...... The reason I was unable to log into my account was like you said Kath, I'd only joined Virgin. It was rectified after a day or two.
