Cant login to the my virgin media app. Done all the verify account rubbish. Then it wouldn't recognize my email. Tried to re sign up to view my Bill and got told I already had an account. Then tried to sign back in and to be told my email is unrecognized again. Absolute shambles of an app/website. Customer service just as bad as there is no one you can talk to straight away. You have to create a community account do all the verify rubbish again, and then post a question to a forum that you assume will help other people with the same, issues to probably be answerd it in a private chat. As that's all I could see when I was looking at other people's login issues. Just one big circus.

Sorry to hear you're having issues logging into your online account. Do the same error happen on other devices?
Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and try using a browser other than Chrome to see if you are able to log in successfully?
