Login problems

Good evening everyone

Is anyone else having issues logging in to their account? I can't login in on app or online. 

I have tried the reset password but it says it doesn't recognise my email, the same email virgin have just used to mail me!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having issues logging in. Are you getting an error message? Is it the primary email address that you're using to log in? And are you able to confirm the email address using the 'Forgot Username' option?

Hi Corey

It says wrong details. When I try the forgot password it doesn't recognise the email address either. Using the only email address I have registered with you, and the one I get promotional stuff through

Have now found that you have 2 emails for me, one for username and one you are sending emails too. Don't know why you are using 2 different ones though, that's what caused the confusion

Looks like I'm sorted again now, thank you

The system is set up so that you can have a contact email set to a different email address than that used for your login username.  

I have my account set up this way.  It adds a bit of extra security into the system.
