Login Issue

I'm trying to access my Virgin Media account but I'm stuck. It says my login details are incorrect, but if I go onto 'forgot password' and enter my account email it says the email is incorrect, despite this being the email where I receive Virgin communications. If I then go onto 'forgot email' and type in my DOB/account no/area ref it also fails to recognise me. Is there a way to get around this?
