I have tried to sign into App but doesn’t recognise password or security answer which are both known and correct .
very frustrated as Engineer last week suggested using App would make life easier

I'm sorry to hear that you've bee having some trouble signing into your online account via the app. Did you have this issue prior to using the app when you used to sign in through our website instead?
Have you been able to access any other of our apps, e.g TVGO or the Connect App without any issues (if you use those)?
Beth there always seems a problem logging in but no way to change password but I am registered .
The engineer said the app would be useful to avoid signing in every time
