I am unable to gain access to my Virgin Media Account via the App, as it just says i'll be set up in 48 hours despite having the service for around 3 months.
On the website it says "There has been an error our side"
And when trying to get onto Virgin Media TV Go I can't gain access.
I was told this would sort itself a week after install which it hasn't, this needs to be fixed please.

I'm getting the same error. Any attempt to login immediately goes to the 'opps something's gone wrong'
I can login to the 'My Virgin Media' app on my phone but it also goes to the website when accessing my account.
I'm assuming it's still Virgin having these issues, my installation was only a couple of weeks ago but I've never been able to the main page. A quick flash of icons and then the 'oops somethings gone wrong'
