Hello,
I joined Virgin this month and engineer set up everything yesterday however I am now trying to log into virgin media and on the go but having issues.
when logging in I get a warning that email/password wrong.
I know my email is correct so go to change password and I get warning email incorrect- it isn’t.
I then tried to register for an account as thought maybe I haven’t done that yet and I get message to say account is already set up with the email below……but their is no email noted below??
I only have one email which I used to sign up on line and I have received emails from virgin on it so it is correct.
Just going around in circles now. Help!!!

Can we just ask if you are able to sign into your online account okay
If so it will be the same details to log in to Tv Go
If you can try , let me know if you get any errors
Then I can send a Private Message pass security and take a look from here
