Link new account to existing email

I have booked a house move and been provided with a new account number. I want to track that order to make sure everything is on track for installation etc but I'm unable to register my new account number as my details are linked to my current existing account with you.

I've tried an alternative email but it won't let me register.

Thank you for your post and welcome back! 

That's totally understandable - what I will advise though in some cases the transfer of existing details is not possible until the new account is installed. There are ways around this though - by using an alternative email which I am able to help with.
