Itemised Bill

Hello all,

I need an itemised bill showing exactly what i pay for each service provided by VM for HMRC.

Have spoken to customer service and they have said its not available to do that.

Could anyone help with this please

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome back to the Community Forums.

In regard to Itemised Billing, we can only set this for Landline calls. We can also set VAT Receipts on your account, which are delivered at the start of each month. For us to add VAT Receipts to your account, or request past bills, we will need a valid UK VAT Registration Number.

To clarify, is it either of these you are requiring?

So how do i know what i am paying for each individual service, ie phone, broadband, tv, extras ?


If you have a package with all 3 services then you would be paying for a package deal. Not 3 individual services.
