Issues getting on to app

My app is registered to old email address I got locked out of and haven’t been into for years I’ve updated my details with virgin ages ago and 4 calls this month and still can’t get logged on

Welcome back to our Community, I am so sorry that you're still having issues and that you have not receive our Private Message we advised of during the week. Before we send another one, I have located your account from here so just wanted to confirm what issues you are having and with what app? 

 

Are you able to log into your MyVigrinMedia account ok without issue? 

 

The apps will need to use the same primary MyVM account in order to work; what happens when you try and log into the app.

 

Is it your MyVM account that you're having issues logging into directly?

Sorry @anitaf - what app are you trying to use and access? 

 

Is it your MyVirginMedia account? Is your username an old email address is that what you mean?
