Install Appointment

Hello, 

I placed an order 16/02 to arrange for an installation appointment and have received an order summary as well as a direct debit and eBilling confirmation, but have not yet received an order confirmation. The Virgin Media app also says “You Have No Orders and Appointments Yet”. Could someone please advise?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I have done a system check and the hold up is the Pre-Contract side. Please call our sales team, give them your postcode/house number and tell them what you've told us here, they'll sort it 🙂
